Disconnected? Can't get back in? Check out this guide.

Now sometimes you're simply playing. The server starts to get a little shaky. You lag and lag and lag. Eventually you've disconnected! You try and get back in and then what happens? The game claims you're still logged in. This means that you character has gotten stuck in the game. Lag caused it to be frozen as logged in and thus you wont be able to get back in. So what do you do? Well lets go step by step.

Step 1 - First you're going to have to go to the main website. You're going to need to login so lets do this first. (Your login and password are the same for the website as those that you use to login to the game)



Step 2 - Redirection page! I'm stuck I can't get in! What the hell!? There is a simple problem to log yourself into the main website. This can be done simply by hitting the Go Home message at the redirection page. (shown below in the picture.)



Step 3 - Now that we're finally logged in lets go to the Control Panel! Do this by using the side navigation bar and clicking on Control Panel.



Step 4 - Next we go to the character fixes.



Step 5 - When you go to the character fixes page you're going to be confronted with two options. For this certain disconnection problem we're being told that we're already logged in. So lets select 'ID Already Logged In'. Now that we're here lets just hit the 'Fix' button.



So after doing all of the above, your character should be disconnected from the game. Thus you can now proceed to log in and play. If you have done this and you disconnect in the character select screen, the server's login server is probably down. Which means no one can get into the game at the moment. If this is the case, please wait patiently for a server restart. (:

Everyone that i've told to, said that logging in doesn't work lmao.

Logging in works, and so does the CP so I have no idea what they're talking about. ;P

It worked for me when I did it. Just the server crashes too much so it only works in some cases. Randy's got a lot of fixing to do, and we gotta wait. lulz.

user CP sometimes works. why? because when the server lags and you d/c most of the time, it requires a server restart before it returns to normal. for me, i've tried it many times without success. v75 still has a lot of bugs which randy needs to fix before we have a smooth running server. all that we ask is for everyone to be patient.

Yeah agree with vanessa Many thing still bugged need wait randy to fix it well it not as easy as v62 bug which this version is new for privite server

Well you gotta remember. This is only supposed to work when the server hasn't crashed, and this also goes for the login server being down as well. This is just for, say, your internet crashes and you get stucked online. It worked for me the last time I did it, so I've no clue what happened with you o:
