Cloud system which is almost the same as cookies system.. Costume JQ system.. they give either slime/maple stamp. achievement system.. they give reward when u reach some achievement.. LVL 200 player NPC.

I agree with Sara on the character NPCs.
My friend once made on of me, who acted like Sera, and gave the starter pack. I made him make my NPC say "Hey Hoe, here you go!" Just 'cause it was fun. ;3

Uhm, my suggestion is - and idk if this is already a feature of your server, I haven't seen it around anywhere but ... - guild wars?

I've seen a system that are reward points and when you get a certain amount you can trade it for a certain item
