can your brother's pc host the server for a few days? This guy obviously has a beef with you, so if you can, post the files on another ip, so he can't mess with them, and shut your pc down for a while. He'll not be able to hack you if you're not online. The worst of it is, if he got into your pc, he can change ALOT of sh!t and mess your system up for good. I know a hacker, and he said he wrote a malicious code once that disabled the cpu fan on a mother board. the board shorted out and was permanently fried
