Would you like me to be a GM?

In-Game Name: My In-Game Name is Oaky.
Name: My real name is Josh Kim.
Age: I am 13 years old.
Location/Timezone: I live in the west of the U.S. and my timezone is Pacific Standard Time.
Describe yourself (personality wise): I am very patient, unless someone drives me to a point where I can't hold myself anymore, and I also like answering questions and giving suggestions. I may not be the "most perfect" person, but I think I can be better than other people at other things. I am also very kind and like helping others by introducing them to the server and etc.
Email (If any): I have Iateyou961@gmail.com and Iateyou961@yahoo.com. I use gmail more but I can also take yahoo.
MSN (If any): I do have an MSN that I don't use much but it's Iateyou961@gmail.com
How active are you in game? in forums?: I am very active in game unless I am grounded, doing homework, or being nagged by my parents. I am usually always on after I come from school until I go to bed. I might be afking, but the only reason is because I have something else important to do, which occasionally happens. I don't use the forum much because I am always in game, but if I do, I usually go through the new stuff.
How long have you been with HypnoticStory?: I joined this server three or four days ago but I have played lots of other private servers and I've been a co-owner and a GM few times so I think I can be helpful.
What do you think you can contribute to this server?: I can first contribute my time into this server, making it the best as it lasts. I can also contribute by voting every 12 hours and helping others that needs help.
Why are you applying for GM?: I am applying for GM because first of all, I have always loved being a GM ( Most likely everyone ) and I love helping others out. I also like making up events or holding events with good prices, but you would have to work hard for it because you know the cliche " No pain, No gain."
Have you had any previous GM experience? Where and for how long?: I have had previous GM experiences. It's been some time ever since I left that server but I'm pretty sure one of them was XboxStory. I could've stayed much longer than I did, which was for about few weeks, but my mom got super mad at me and made me quit MapleStory, which I came back anyways and she forgot about it.
What is your method for hunting for hackers? I usually use the Dark Sight skill for GM, which hides you from everyone else. Than, I do the thing where it shows everyone on the server. I go to every single person and see if they're hacking. If they're, I would tell Randy first about it and he would either ban him or give him warnings. If I have permission, I would ban him because he was hacking.
how often do you think you should hunt for hackers?: I should hunt for hackers 24/7, but I usually do it when I first come in, probably 30 minutes after, and repeat the same thing until I leave. And before I leave, I do it once more and leave.
How would you handle a hacker?: As I said eariler, I would tell Randy about and leave it up to him unless he gives me the permission to ban people hacking. If I don't, since I have never been told, I would write the hacker's name somewhere and remember to give it to Randy.
If 2 people are arguing over SMEGA how would you handle it?: This has never happened to me before while I was a GM, but if this did happen, first I would both bring them to a place where no one else is. Than I would try to listen to both of their sides and agree on which one that didn't start the fight. I wouldn't do it in a mean way that could heart the other one's feeling. But if they keep continuing, if I can (Which I'm not sure I can ) will mute them.
If a player were to call you a "fail GM" how would you respond to that? or how would you retaliate?: If they called me a fail GM, depending on the situation I would handle it in a way that wouldn't start a fight. For example, if they just called me a fail GM because I accidentally did the wrong command, I would just tell them " my bad " and just do what I was doing. But if they called me a fail GM because of something major, I would ask them why they calld me a fail GM and talk it out. I don't like fights, so I would try my best to calm myself down and don't start a fight.
as a GM what do you feel is more important for YOURSELF? Having fun or Keeping the server organized and clean?: If I could choose both, I would choose both for SURE, but if I had to choose one, I guess I have a bit more on keeping the server organized and clean. You might think that I just chose that to pretend I'm a good GM, but I have had servers where it got out of control that players were banned or the whole server just ended. I was really into the server when that did happen, and I wouldn't want it to happen in this server too. So that's the reason I chose the second one. And the reason I didn't choose the first one is because I think keeping the server organized and clean might be actually fun in some ways, too.
Why should we choose you?: You should choose me because even though I'm not a coder or not a specialist because of a young age, I am a very hardworking person and I focus on the thing that I most enjoy. And as I told you earlier, it would be fun to be a GM and since I would enjoy it, I would focus on the job or the task that I have to complete and than do other things that are less relevant. You should also choose me because I am very patient and I like listening to other people about their opinions and talking it out. I may be young, but age doesn't decide who you are.
Why shouldn't we choose you?: I would love to be chosen, but if you didn't, I shouldn't be chosen because I might mess up or embarass myself as a GM and it might bring a bad reputation for the server if it was a "beginner" that just started this server.

Your application looks good, John.
I'd make a distinction between Q&As (I tell most people this, just because it makes the application look neater and not so rammed together).
You seem to be very mature for your age - playing with you in game I would of guessed you were older.
